would have to be supporting my mom in the use of technology. I have been able to assist her remotely with just about everything from saving a document to finding a document (many times I can’t even find my own files, so I’m not sure how I am able to locate hers when I’m not even in front of her computer!) and everything in between. She teaches kindergarten and every year I do a technology project with her class and she is really seeing the value in using technology with her students. Participants in my workshops always asked how I remain so patient when working with them and I always tell them that I can keep my patience with them because I let my frustration out on my mom and husband when helping them with technology. I do get frustrated sometimes, but we always work through it.
